Refund and Returns Policy
At SRM Creations, our top priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
